Service 1: SAP Services

This is for an employee working under DOT rules that test positive or refuse a DOT drug or alcohol test. The employer must follow specific federal guidelines before allowing them to perform (or be hired to perform) safety-sensitive duties. Personallifecoach2 will provide this service to truck operators (CDL), pilots, heavy equipment operators, pipeline and HAZMAT workers. an in-person meeting with a qualified SAP (substance abuse professional with DOT specific training) will be conducted to discuss how the individual can follow the directed guidelines to maintain their employment.

Service 3: Equine therapy

EQUINE-FACILITATED PSYCHOTHERAPY (EFP) promotes personal exploration of feelings and behaviors and allows the clinical interpretation of such. This requires the presence of appropriately licensed and credentialed mental health professionals (MHP) who are currently practicing psychotherapy. In EFP, the session will have clearly defined goals and objectives set by the MHP in the individual's treatment plan. The sessions are unmounted taught by the ESMHL.

Addiction: The goal is to help individuals who are in recovery and monitor them in a supportive way. We help address everyday life stressors that may be triggering a relapse. We provide supportive therapy to remain abstinent and recover.

Couples Therapy & Family Therapy: Our therapy addresses a wide range of relationship issues, including recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, affairs, issues related to poor communication, or difficulties due to external stressors.

Trauma Trauma-focused therapy: Deeper awareness of the types of trauma and its triggers. A greater understanding of trauma's effects on behavior. 7 tips for preventing re-traumatization.

Anger Management Course: Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. (CART) This online Anger Management Class is recognized throughout the United States and satisfies court, legal, probation, parole, and employment requirements.

The is a Christian Based Fellowship designed to mentor and mold young boys & young men. We continue unity; Teach respect for oneself and others, and most of all we will teach young boys and men to be strong outstanding men in the community.
